- Monthly rental fees are non-refundable, as each charge covers that month's use
- Devices under active subscriptions are covered by warranty for the duration of the subscription

- All lifetime, yearly, and monthly subscription purchases are non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing
- Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or past billing periods
Pavlok Extended Warranty
- Non-refundable, even if the device is returned or the coverage is unused
- Coverage begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be transferred or resold
- Valid for the original device only and follows the same terms as the standard warranty (manufacturing defects only)
Shipping and Returns
- US Customers: We will provide a prepaid return label
- International Customers: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs, but you may send returns to our US or Canadian return addresses
