  • Devices under active subscriptions are covered by warranty for the duration of the subscription

  • All lifetime, yearly, and monthly subscription purchases are non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing
  • Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or past billing periods

Pavlok Extended Warranty

  • Non-refundable, even if the device is returned or the coverage is unused
  • Coverage begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be transferred or resold
  • Valid for the original device only and follows the same terms as the standard warranty (manufacturing defects only)

Shipping and Returns

  • US Customers: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • International Customers: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs, but you may send returns to our US or Canadian return addresses
