The Pavlok is an award winning wearable device that releases a mild electric stimulus to help you reduce cravings, break bad habits and increase your productivity.
**International orders may be assessed additional fees by the destination country that must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. The price of the Pavlok does not include customs fees. Those must be paid by the individual.
Purchases sent outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees, and international costs. Please review your countries import laws and fees before placing your order. If a shipment is lost, abandoned or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, Pavlok will not issue you a refund for your order. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

Habit breaking takes a lot of focus. We suggest that you tackle one bad habit at a time to truly maximize your results, but this all depends on what works best for you. One customer jokingly told us if she tried to break ALL of her bad habits she would be "zapping herself all day long". Remember we do not want to confuse your brain. As soon as you receive that zap your brain should instantly begin to associate that bad habit with the negative stimulus. While we do recommend breaking one bad habit at a time, if you want to tackle two at a time that is completely up to you.
Bad habits vary greatly based on both the person and the habit. It's hard to say exactly how quickly you could break your bad habit, and a lot of it depends on how strong your habit is and how committed you are to using Pavlok regularly to combat your habit. For most users, habits are broken in anywhere from 2-10 days, with the average being 5-7 days. Some especially difficult habits may take more time.
Both! Pavlok's MOST EFFECTIVE use case is manual. However we have already released iOS and Android applications that will allow you to pair with your Pavlok and automatically trigger stimulus using the remote control feature or an integration that can track your actions and know when you're performing your bad habit. Pavlok is designed to be power efficient. We use Bluetooth low energy to connect to your smart phone, and the device enters sleep mode when not in use. Most users can expect 3-5 days of battery life per charge – and Pavlok charges in about an hour.
