Updating firmware

Firmware is the internal operating software of the Shock Clock MAX. It can be updated through the Pavlok app, meaning you will have to install it on your tablet or a phone first and pair it with your Shock Clock MAX.

If a firmware update is available, you will see a firmware update banner in the app - simply tap it to perform the update.

You can also see if an update is available in app settings found in the main menu (tap the three horizontal bars on the home screen of the app). From there, tap "Device Status" > “Device Info” > "Diagnostics" > "Update Firmware".

Please note that a firmware update may take up to 3 minutes.
