Great concept

The Deluxe Mesh Band for Pavlok 3 is a must have in my opinion when buying the Pavlok 3. The regualer sports band is way to tight, doesn't breathe and leaves marks on my skin, so the upgrade to the mesh band was a life changer. The Pavlok itself is pretty well build, the shock strong enough to wake you immediately. Thanks to this I now have a healthy sleep routine. Other features such as breaking bad habits and creating healthy ones are awsome. Within a few weeks I stopped drinking alcohol without any problem and have become more healthy overall. The watch reminds me to do daily workouts and helps me keep a decend enough track on my burned calories and steps. Their are a few problems with the app sadly enough, I have given it al the needed rights and still it manages to disconnect with my watch nearly every day. Another problem is the server from Pavlok, sometimes its offline which leads to an unusable app and watch. The recent app update fixed a few of these problems and added nice and pleasant new features. Overall a good product with a team behind it that deserves credit for their hard work, for example in customer service. Keep up the good job guys and thanks for this great watch!
