Great watch
very good. Easy to setup and connect and even more easy to configure. I am literally jumping out of my bed and even wake up when the vibrations start before the shocks come.

Shocked by how effective this is
Great. Works well and appears to be good value. Comfortable on my wrist. Vibration is enough to wake me and I genuinely fear the shock enough that I am up and out of bed as soon as the vibe comes on. The one time the vibe did not wake me, the shock sure as **** did. And you not want to let this thing shock you twice.

It's helping!!!
Excellent!!! Pavlok is definitely working! It wakes me up from sleeping, preventing me from oversleeping or snoozing my life away! All that, plus the ability to help me break bad habits and adopt new, good ones? Awesome!

Great product and helpful tool.
I am still not finished with the program. I did realize that it is an adjunct which should be used with therapists in addition to this device. It takes a team so remember that you need help from others. There is no single answer or solution to everything.
